The Jewel Lady accepts payments through PayPal Only at this time. Please send payments within 3 days of purchase. Once payment is received and payment is cleared, your purchase is usually shipped within 1-2 business days.

SHIPPING:

All items are shipped USPS First-Class with shipping confirmation. Insurance is optional at buyers request and expense. Items will be shipped within 1-2 business days after full payment has been received and cleared. Delivery times vary depending on location.

 

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:

I stand behind my creations and take great pride in the quality and authenticity of my jewelry designs. If there are any problems with your purchase, please contact me as soon as you receive your Bling with any questions. If you are not completely delighted or satisfied with your purchase, please contact me before returning item. Items will need to be returned in original condition within 7 days of receiving. Buyer responsible for return shipping with delivery confirmation. Custom Pieces are Non-Refundable.

Most of my Jewelry Designs are available in a variety of colors and matching pieces to compliment your purchase. Available in both Sterling Silver and Gold Filled.
